REAL HELP REAL FAST - MAKING YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL

<p>i was assisted by er24 gauteng ambulance in june 2016 and they claim from my medical aid , they did not provide the right codes my medical aid informed them but they did provide the right codes they decided to take legal actions against me for r920 and early this year i received an sms saying i owe them r2510.50 i must call Neo urgently on ********** 380. i called the number they put me through to her and when i asked her why they took long to inform me about this she was rude she told me i must read the emails or sms that my medical sends regarding daily claims i asked her to send me the invoice she did , i asked why is it r2510.50 she said its an error its r920. i forwarded the invoice to my medical aid they sent me an email stating that they need the right codes to pay er24 and they sent me the report, then i called er24 i found another lady i forgot her name she told me no 1 can help me Neo is not in yet and i said please ask anyone to help me she said only Neo can help me and she is coming in late and she was also rude i said ok i will send her an email i forwarded Neo an email with the report from my medical aid. i dont understand how they say "REAL HELP REAL FAST" and it took them 8 months to provide my medical aid with the right codes and how are they helping me with listing me or taking legal actions against me while its their fault. if they cant provide the right codes for the services they are offering i am wondering if they know what they are doing.</p>
