Poor sevice

I logged a call on the 30th August 12am about a patient whose lower body suddenly became numb and she was in able to walk. The ER24 attended to where the patient resides. The checked for surger and blood level, upon noticing that all the test were nomads then then refused to take the patient to the hospital, their reason was that the beds are full and suggested we go d transport yourself if we wanted to take her to hospital. This is very disturbing from such are reputable service provider.how can this not be treated with urgency, the fact that their test showed surger and blood as normal that should not mean there is no emergency. After the patient was left behind by ER24, within hour the numbness was extending to her upper body. I will take this up to every institution that will address this cruel behaviour , and if need be I will take it to media platforms.
