Poor Feedback from ER24 Complaint

I submitted a complained and the below response that I received regarding my complaint does not address anything nor does not indicate any corrective measures from ER24 to ensure that this does not happen to any patient in the future.

I dont believe this responce is not sufficient for the complaint that i have given.

There is no details about the response from the doctors or why my wife was treated the way she was.

My wife was sent for several tests which has accumulated a huge account now aswell.

What corrective measures is your team suggesting for the treatment we received from the team.
