Lawsuit on the way

If my mother dies today,I will sue you.I phoned the call centre to request an ambulance to Bedford view at 1525..I received an sms saying it is on the way at 1533...I told you that my mother is unconscious and her SATS are low and even after that I struggled to get dispatch to call me and had to be dramatic to Katlego at the help desk in order to get a response from dispatch.Finally they arrived at 1617 and asked me why I didn't call the ambulance earlier....really???
