Horrific

<p>So my son is struggling to breathe at home and I call Er24 for an ambulance I'm told the ambulance is on it's way. Then to my surprise I'm called an hour later and the lady tells me unfortunately the ambulance wont be able to go to Khayelitsha as there riots happening so it wont be safe for them to go to the area. Er24 doesn't care how can you respond after an hour to say they cant come. So why is the medical aid recommending you if you're this useless? I will never use your ambulances and wont recommend people to actually trust your services. My son almost died because we were busy waiting for you, but you guys just decided no will respond after an hour. Your services is horrible and disgusting.</p>
