Extremely rude ambulance crew

<p>ER24 reference E ********** 21000 - The crew who responded to this emergency were rude beyond belief. I am a medic myself and was first on scene and called ER24. The crew who arrived pushed me out of the way when I tried to do a handover of the patient. They didnt even introduce themselves to either myself (I was in uniform) or the patient and they just assumed that the patient was a indigent without a medical aid when in fact he is on Discovery. This crew were most unprofessional and I will not be calling ER24 in any situation where I require the transportation of a patient. Netcare911 are so much better and way more professional than this crew. </p>
