ER 24 AMBULANCE NOT AVALIABLE IN AN EMERGENCY

A call was made to the emergency room at approximately 09:00 to attend to a serious matter on our premises in the SAPS Training College Pta Wst. I received a call back more or less 20 minutes later from the emergency room that they cannot assist as they do not have ambulances available. This is not acceptable and is not the first time ER 24 provided a poor service within 2 months time! Will never ever make use or recommend ER 24 to anyone.
