Dishonest practice by ER 24

I called the ambulance on the 23/12/2020 to take me to hospital as I was covid positive. The ambulance said 30 mins but came just after an hour. When my fiance called them to cancel the operator said that the hospital will not accept patients arriving in private vehicles, they **** to me as many patients arrived by private motor vehicles and I asked the nurse,s if that was true and they said no. The ambulance merely drove me to hospital something my fiance wanted to do because of their lies and delay.
