Certificates

I attended ACLS course by Jill and Aliaster at East London Health Center in June. We were told that we will be informed when the certificates will be ready. Up to up to today I haven't received mine. I called twice, the 1st time I was told that my certificate was misplaced, the lady promised to get back to me, 2nd time she took my number and promised to get back at me again. Now my worry is that now I'm not even sure if I'm recognized as an ACLS provider.
