Appalling ambulance call centre/ service

On Morning of 19 September 2021 phoned the call centre for emergency for a patient who lives on farm close to stellenbosch, the exact name of farm and location given, repeated 3x plus number of patients husband, half hour later phoned call centre again, they went wrong address not even close or remotely similar than address given. Another half hour later and ambulance had still not arrived. Absolutely unacceptable of call centre getting address wrong causing delay of over hour. Patient critical. This is pathetic. Then they got number of contact person wrong. All of this while it is an emergency. This is pathetic.
