Zero empathy! Zero care

During an emergency call. I as the patient. Was humiliated and treated like an animal. No empathy, no patience at all. Accused of refusing to respond while I was already weak and unstable. 3 paramedics were at the scene. 2 of them assisted. While 1 of them by the name Of Tony just got arrogant with me and told me he is doing his job and I must report him if I want to. I didn’t expect mercy or pity from the paramedics however being treated like I am not paying for the ambulance service was distasteful. Tony proceeded to ***** me to check my glucose without even showing me if the needle is new or warning me of *****ing me.
