On the 31st of July 2021 and 30 August 2021 I requested for an amulance and I have instructed the paramedics to take me to Netcare Garden City Hospital, which is contracted to ER24 and also it is one of the Network hospitals which I am allowed to go to. On both the occassions the paramedics took me to SANDTON MEDICLINIC, which is notorius for disgusting and poor service. The doctors, nurse and staff are extremely rude. I was stabilised and and sent to Chris Hani Baragwanath the first time, against my wishes, they strapped me to the stretcher and took me their. I stayed there for one night and absconded the next day. The similar thing happend the second time, I was taken to Helen Joseph, the service was disgusting, I eventually got discharde at 12.30 at night. I eventually end up at Netcare Garden City Hospital where I was admitted. The amubulance went passed Garden City Hospital to Netcare. On the 30 August when I collapsed, and when I was discharged I looked for some of my belongs were missing. My glasses was picked up by one of the paramedics aCCORDING rOXLEY OUR DRIVER WHO WAS PRESENT AT THAT time when the paramedics arrive. He said one of the paramedics picked up my glasses and took it with him. The last time my phone was ******. Something needs to be done about this. I reported this matterto cqc ER24 headoffice, I received an automated reply from them. I called them and spoke to Jill, she said she will investigate and call me back. Somelse called me back much later, she was very rude and said to me that she spoke to the paramedics and they said they didn't take my glasses and that I should report itto the police. If that woman was in front of me I would have have axed her to deth, that is how furious I am
