who takes a stable person to hospital with the ambulance?

im so not happy with all of this. this company is useless and Ashelene from accounts was very useless too. i collapsed in August at work and my collegues called ER24 for their services. they took me to the hospital but they say i was stable when they took me from work. how do you transport a stable person to the hospital,? who does that. now because they need to motivate to my medical aid they say the motivation will be that i was stable under their care but they took me to the hospital despite that. now im sitting with a R3300 bill to pay of which is not fair at all. i hate this ER24. useless facilities and employees like Ashlene. my reference is CM185005
