Waiting for over 2 MONTHS for a refund

On 29 June 2018 my dad had to be taken home with ER24 from hospital. We had to pay upfront as the medical aid didn't cover it. Unfortunately, the first payment we made didn't provide me with a proof of payment, therefore I had to make the payment again. On 2 July 2018 we received confirmation that this payment went through twice, and I therefore requested a refund. It is now the 4th of September 2018 and I'm still awaiting the refund, after multiple emails and I've provided all the information required. I think it is absolutely pathetic to have to wait for 2 months to receive a refund.
