UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND HIGH PRICES BY ER24

On 2019_12_15 I was transported from my home to the Hospital which is less than 10 kilometers and my medical aid was charged R5000.My medical aid did pay and there was a shortfall of R870_00 of which I was never informed or billed for. Four years later 2023_06_21 I was contacted by a debt collection company informing me of the outstanding balance. I was quite surprised as ER 24 failed to contact me but were quick to hand me over.I have never been contacted by ER24 in four years and I was really surprised by the amount of R5000 charged just for transporting me from my home to the Hospital.
