Thanks for the efficiency

<p>Good Morning, I wanted to sing high praises on two of your employees who assisted us on the 29th April in the morning. I called the call center very early in the morning for an emergency as my mother was sick. Within 30 minutes the two paramedics were at my mothers assisting, they were very efficient, organised and willing to help. I will not mention the proper help they rendered at the hospital when we arrived and the nurses wanted to give us bad attitude, i have never seen such proper professionalism and team work. People like that should be noted as an asset to the organisation and be thanked daily for how they handle their daily duty by dealing with people like us who are stressed by sick person and the patient who needs help.Please acknowledge and thank Thumeka and Modisana on my behalf, Let them know that they are appreciated for the good they give to our nation. They need to be honored in all avenues.</p>
