Staff member have no passion

<p>I had a septoplasty, removing and straightening of nosebone a tonsolectomy and sinus draining on the 23rd January 2017 and the doctor explained why i had to do all these procedured. I went home and things didnt get better for a few days and i called er24 and i asked to be taken to hospital cos i had a noseblead and i felt a fever and Tao Carstens whos the ambulance assistant on duty on the 28th january between 4h45 - 5h30 while she assisted me she asked me a lot of queations and with every answer i give her she would make a remark and become more annoyed at all of my answers. She wasnt assertive and courteous and she didnt even help me to get confortable on the bed. For all these years ive been using er24 i was so disgusted at their pathetic service that i feel not to use their services ever again</p>
