I am not happy with the company...i had some asthma attacks & my friend called them for assistant but when they arrived I refused to go to any hospital based on covid 19 & me not having medical aid but after two months I received an sms exposing that I owe them money. When I called them for explanation they told me it's a house call & I asked them how because they did not treat me or transport me..I am so angry because when the paramedic asked me to sign a form i asked what is it for because I'm refusing to go to hospital or any of their services then he told me it's just to acknowledge that I refused their services, I was still dizzy & the signature was just for that. I called again asking for numbers of vereeniging branch where I can call that paramedic to ask what's going on but was told they can't provide with..My name is Mpho, ***
