Ridiculous service

<p>Last year January 2016 the 25th I phoned ER24 ambulance and they took me to hospital. On the 26 of February the medical aid settled the account R1788. Today the 16th of March 2017 I received a message from lexmed that our account is owing R1400 and I should pay it before the 30th or they will add more money to it. I never got sms or email From ER24 regarding my account but after a year the handover the account without warning me of the debts now I have to pay collection fee that is unfair.I will never ever use ER24 they only care about money nothing else </p>
