poor service I felt like I was undermined because firstly the passenger asked if I will afford to pay the ambulance but im the one who called the ambulance

on the 22 Dec I called er24 for assistance because I was in labour.twhen they arrived to the scene the passenger of the ambulance was very rude to me firstly she told me that this polmed medical aid of mine doesnt pay er24.I have been pregnant for 9months she doesn't know why I did not arrange transport.as I was sitting there in pains she told me that I am wasting their time I should move from that chair to the ambulance.I couldn't even walk labour pains were ****ing me,I tried to be nice to her that lets atleast wait for the pain to ease.she was not interested at all.I tried walking to the ambulance when I got by the door I couldn't lift my legs to climb inside the ambulance,she asked if must they leave me because they have work to do.I tried getting in and I couldn't sleep in bed I asked her if she can help me sleep my body can't move she said she won't do that.I forced myself because it was hurting more as the ambulance is travelling and im in pain,and the relief between the pains was 1minute.and the pains were lasting for more than 10 minutes.when we got to hospital the way she offloaded the stretcher it was as if she really wants me to feel pain.we got inside the maternity rooms I had to be moved from the stretcher to the hospital bed.she told me again that they wont wait for my pain to go away I must move to the other bed.she made me sign papers that I dont even know what are they for because I asked her to wait for the pain to be better she couldn't listen she said I must just sign the papers.the journey was from mfuleni to vergelegen medi clinic in somerset west.I couldn't get their details because of the pain I had and I did not see the badge from the lady.im still waiting for the bill to have the ambulance details and the passenger name
