PARAMEDIC JAMES, ER 24.

On 13 September 2020, your paramedic, James, attended my address at 12 Serubi, Nuweveld Avenue, Quellerina. I want to thank him and his team who attended to my Mother, Marie Steyn. They took exceptional good care of her and treated her with so much kindness, that it is a great comfort to our family that she received the best service on what was to be her last journey. The prognosis that James made was 100% spot-on. I received a call from Dr Caleo of Helen Joseph hospital the day after her passing (14 Sept) confirming the diagnosis and said she received the best care possible. Our family will always be grateful to your wonderful team and especially James, who kept us updated of everything that he was doing for my mom.
