Outstanding Service

On Sunday, 9 August, our son was injured at Terra Topia after coming off his motor bike. He injured his shoulder quite badly. The ER24 contact centre was notified & within minutes, the ambulance was on it's way to treat him. They were very professional & caring & transported him to Sandton Medi Clinic speedily, taking great care to miss all the potholes & bumps! We would like to thank them for their outstanding service, their friendliness & caring attitude they displayed. Special mention must be made of Gareth Staley, Regional Manager of ER24, under which ER24 North falls! You are an asset to ER24.
