Non Responsive

On the morning of the 21 Sep 2017 at about +- 12:30am I called ER 24 for an ambulance for my mom who resides in Newlands Cape Town. The call centre agent took my call and the required details. Before ending the call, I had enquired how soon an ambulance would arrive. I was told that an ambulance would call me back based on which ambulance was closest. Too my dissapointment, no one had called me back which resulted in me taking my unconcious mom to the hospital in my car, who sadly passed away a few hours later due to a severe heart attack. It is so sad that even the privatised sector has resorted to such unprefessionalism and sub standard service.
