No service and rude staff

Worst possible service ever. This is one of the reasons why the country is failing. My mother is having chest issues and can’t breath. We called and waited for 1 hour (with follow up calls) for an ambulance and no one showed up. They call centre staff is rude and unhelpful. Rather stay clear of ER24 when you need assistance.
