No response

<p>I've had a really bad experience with ER24 and have been trying to contact them directly before taking it to a public forum, but they have not responded to a single one of my calls. Is this how a professional service provider operates? A response would really be appreciated. A failure to respond tells me just how little &nbsp;regard they have for their clients.&nbsp;</p>
