NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!!!!

I worked for ER24 Sandton branch as a Emergency call taker from 2009- 2012. I got a notice from SARS that I owe them R27000 because of a lump sum that was paid to me in 2012 from ER24..... I first contacted ER 24 for a tax directive for this lump sum, but apparently they can not assist me as they do not even know who is the company that paid out my lump sum... I was send from pillar to post and still nothing. How is this possible????? Maybe this will get their attention.
