No bill!!!!!!!

April 2017 the dr said I need to get to hospital immediately, he thought it was internal bleeding. It was 1h00 (in the middle of the night) and they've send ER24 ambulance. Now after more than 4 months I received sms's from ER24 saying if I don't pay, they will hand me over. I NEVER received any bill and thought it was paid by Medihelp. I contacted Medihelp and just received an email telling me I had to use Netcare911, they wont pay. If you are in a life and death situasion in the middle of the night and they send you an ambulance are you to send it back and ask for another one?????? I still haven't received any bill from ER 24! Pathetic service from both parties!
