Great Service

<p>I would just like to say thank you very much to the paramedics who came to transfer my sister from Addington Hospital to St Augustines yesterday. They were so quick to get there and very professional, helpful and caring.</p> <p>We were delayed trying to get my sister's medical aid details to get her admitted at St Augustines but when we got to the hospital the paramedics had some how gotten the information already and she was being seen too.</p> <p>We did not get a chance to thank them for their help but please pass this on to them we are truly grateful.</p> <p>To add to that, the whole experience was "pleasant" If I can use that word in this situation. The call centre agent, William I think, was very professional and helpful. I received an sms with a reference number and also got a phone call when the paramedics had arrived. I have not experienced this with the other ambulance services.</p> <p>Thank you to all and may you be blessed.</p>
