ER24 ********* and pathetic service delays!!!

ER24 area manager refuses to speak to me about a valid complaint???!!! This is pathetic to to say the least. All medical aids take note. Remove ER24 as a service provider, as they have 4 hr delays before transporting critical heart patients?!!!
