ER24- the slowest way to get help

ON 25 August, 2019 around 9.40pm an ER24 ambulance was summoned to Kingsbury Hospital to rush my daughter who had had a stroke to life saving surgery at UCT Academic Hospital. They arrived at UCTAH at 1am on the 26th. I have struggled to find answers for the excessive delay despite calls to them from the surgical team, reception and myself. Needless to say my daughter died. I hope that in 2023 they will wrap up their `investigation' and that their general service will spare South Africans the catastrophic loss I have experienced.
