ER24 sucks

The ambulance came after an hour and 30 after being called, when the ambulance came I had to walk to out in pains to it, was told that they can't come inside my house, fine I understood when in walking slowly, got in the ambulance I think the lady was a trainee Ntlentle that was her name, she asked questions that had to do nothing with my pains and she had no idea on what she was doing before doing anything she had to ask the light guy she was with if whatever she's doing she's doing it correctly those paramedics didn't care care about anything, they asked on which medical aid am I on told them, am on Kaelo medical scheme and they told me that Kaelo won't pay ER24 asked them to take me off as I won't be able to pay, the driver then told me that their here already I should have called a government ambulance and they will take to a government hospital.

The treatment I got received was totally not good.

Now they telling me I have to about R5 500 if not they'll be handing me over to their lawyers
