ER24 shocking billing practices .

My 87 year old Father in law was extremely ill during lockdown and we made the mistake of calling out ER24 ambulance . They could not assist him due to lockdown restrictions and left . After months of no contact we suddenly receive demands from a collections agency .No invoice no statement just straight to collections agency .What a great company and service-NOT .Will never use them again .
