ER24 poor service

We requested an ER24 ambulance to come and getch a patient at the Drs rooms in Klerksdorp. It took them 35 min to respond to the call. The depot is around 6km grom the Drs rooms. When l asked the paramedic why they took so long he ignored me and refused to talk to me. Once the patient was loaded l left at the same time as the ambulance in my car. I arrived at the hospital and waited for around 10 min for the ambulance to arrive I placed a complaint on there web page and still have not recied any response one week later. Very poor service. Will not recommend them to anybody
