ER24 is dangerous and has *********** employees

25July 2021, I called ER24 to assist with my 13 year old daughter who has tyoe 1 diabetes. She was unconscious. I had to answer many questions from their rude callcentre consultant who didn't care how urgent I needed an ambulance such thst the ambulance came late.

While panicking seeing my daughter dying in my hands and crying on the phone, the consultant dropped the call. I had to call again. The ambulance came after a long time. My neighbours and people in the complex were trying their best to assist the child seeing how severe her situation was becoming every minute while waiting for the ambulance to come and assist. On the arrival of an ambulance my daughter was slowly waking up with the assistance from people in the complex. So when the ambulance came they just checked her sugar level and did not take her to hospital.

Now, I'm expected to pay R1200 because my medical aid didn't pay them.

In another instance in 2018, the ambulance was also delayed and my daughter was unconscious the only thing that they did was to install a drip on my child's neck such that her neck was swollen .
