ER24 despicable service

<p><span style="color: #555555; font-family: Lato, serif; font-size: 15. ********** 642822px; background-color: #ffffff;">I am absolutely dissapointed at the service that i encountered with ER24, This morning my brother became ill so i called for an ambulance exactly at 01:34am , after i had finished with the call i recieved confirmation via sms that the call was logged and an ambulance was requested for me. That was at 01;38. we waited without any alert of what the delay could be and the ambulance came to my house around past four. My brother was then very weak as he had been vommiting for most of the night, the ambulance that was sent to us was a goverment public hospital Ambulance instead of the ER24 service one. I cannot think of a reason why this matter did not serve as a matter of urgency, wjhat if he had died? would we have just to accept an apology for the delay causing his death? Im not sure if they undermined the situation because it was a call made rom gugulethu or what could have been tHe case.</span></p>
