They are irresponsible. My patient has been waiting for the transport since 18:15 and it’s 20:05 now. I phoned and they kept saying that they 10mins away but never arrive.

It’s a pathetic service. Pathetic company and if you rely on them I’m sure they be the main cause for your death.
