Does not update their payments made

I used ER24 service, and on the same day the amount due was paid.<br> A few months later I kept on receiving sms's and emails stating that I owe them and to make things worst they have now taken legal action.<br> <br> The fact that I paid them immediately on the same day and never owed them yet receive all these communications is enough to upset me. This clearly shows that they do not update their payments made...
