Do not use this ambulance service if you care for your loved one

Absolutely unresponsive, uninformed, uncaring, useless. Did not despatch the amulance despite 4 phone calls. ER24 did not respond to my complaint on line and have given me no logical explanation as to why no ambulance was despatched. They passed it on to 082 911 thirty five (35) minutes after my first phone call. 082 911 was marvellous. Rather use them.
