Disgusting service

My 89yo terminally ill father was taken from Wilgers to Unitas as the only surgeon avsilable to do the operation was there. The arrangement was that he was to be returned to Wilgers. When he was allowed to be tranferred back we came home and his wife went back to his wzrd to wait for them. 2 hours latef and he was still not back. Even though he is on a good medical aid we were told that tbey will not be taking him back till someone takes them r3500. Why wss this not communicated when the arrangements were made? All the arrangements were communicate when authority was requested from the medical aid. Absolutely disgusting treatment of an 89yo terminal patient ER24...absolutely disgusting!
