BAD SERVICE FROM ER24

i am so sad and disappointed by the service i received from two paramedics in the early hours of 13/08/2019 when i had an illiness which i at that time believed was life threatning,they first went by my house and passed it at a very high speed we had to go to the road in attempt to get their attention...when i got the van the paramedic on the passanger side was sleeping and did not attend to me finally she got off the van and said she needs to conduct an ECG which was clear at that time. when i requested to be transported to crompton hosipitalthey refused and said i had to have cash to open a file at the hospital. i had to request taxify because these two paramedics refused to take me to hospital and no upfront ammount was requested at the hospital i was assisted i have no idea why the paramedics refused to transport me.when i was still with them i asked them why are they refusing to transport and what would happen should i die while they are given me this attitude and horandous behaivior and the paramedics responded sarcasticlty and said thta ww will have to call the morgue to collect your body at this point tears started running down my face.These two excuses foe employees and human beings should be removed from the meical and life saving sector.
