Bad Admin

The Ambulance transported my mum to hospital in October 2019. I received confirmation from my medical aid that the amount claimed was the amount paid. Yesterday I received a call from a debt collector.saying I am owing money. I called ER24 and advised what they claimed is what they got paid. The guy tells me they claimed more but was changed. I asked why you failed to contact me. Guess what. My details were them but they were contacting someone else.r. Still waiting for further feedback.
