Ambulance payement

Hi my name is brian gwebu I just need clarity on the 26/03/22 I was in a accident and I was taken to lenmed from n1 and I was charged R8000 for the ambulance my medical paid R3698 and the balance was R4378 and I was force to pay and I spoke to my medical to pay them from my savings account but my problem is how do we get to that amount and I was never answered
