What a wonderful experience !!!!!!!!!

<p> I had cracked water pipes and contacted ER Plumbers to come and see my water pipes. Mr. Ettienne Le Roux ***ner of ER Plumbers) sent people to see the water pipes. That same afternoon, Lucy Du Plessis of ER Plumbers contacted me and informed me that she would handle the entire claim. The following day, Lucy contacted me and informed me that the claim was in my assurance and she was just waiting for the assurance to approve the quatation. Two days later, Lucy informs me that she sends a team to start work on my water pipes. The team that was up to date was Sunny and Solly. They made the measurements and immediately began to do the preparation work for the repair work on the pipes. The next day Trevor and Echardt were on site and started work on the water pipes. By the afternoon when I came home from work the plumbers were busy finishing the work. The plumbers were the afternoon after they explained me what they had done back to their office. Lucy has handled the whole demand and removed all the tension of my claim as a customer's shoulders.</p> <p> </p> <p>ER Plumbers, I would like to say to you as a team THANK YOU for such a good and excellent service. This has now been a true, wonderful experience for me. It's a pleasure to say "See the high quality work that ER Plumbers have delivered."
