ER Plumbing Front desk personnel very rude

I just want to complain about the lady at the front desk who answers all the calls when you phone in. As you know, receptionists are often the first person and sometimes the only person that people have contact with when getting in touch with an organization and their initial judgments of the business are based on their experience with this individual and I can confirm that Charlize or Charline was very rude and abrupt with me. It is not a good signal to send out on behalf of the company. I want that lady to apologize for the rude way she was speaking to me. I am also going to write an email to my insurance about the service I experienced. Apparently, they refer all claims to Foggy. Thank you
