Wrong account

We received a bill, but they sent it to the wrong person. Each time we phone them its a hassle as this account has been handed over. After a struggle they admit that we should not have been billed, that it is someone else's bill and assure us that it is sorted out, but we keep getting contacted to pay this account. Neither ER Consulting nor the company that we have been handed over to can get this sorted out.
