Worst service ever!!!!!!!

I did not receive any statements from this company with regards to outstanding payments. I did not receive any correspondence as well. They are very rude. I have been handed over to a debt collector and have to pay some admin fees because they could not do their job. I am fuming!!!!!!!! I have been on my own medical aid for 5 years and still have the wrong details for my previous medical aid. Very ***********!!!!
