Worst of the worst service EVER!

Worst service ever. I doubt even the gates of hell can be opened for them. Overcharging bills and worst communication skills from their call center agents takes a throne.. Actually they deserve an Oscar for it! Eg: whenever the bill is R10 000, they'll find the way to an extra R5 000 so that they can make an extra cash out of poor souls seeking help. They take advantage of the vulnerable individuals and its sad. Actually it's HEARTBREAKING! They deserve nothing good!
