Worst company to ever deal with!!!!! ***********

Once again like other have said, this company doesn't need not even a single star rating. Infact management should seriously look into what's going on.

I've called more that 10 times to query an account and no one is able to assist, not even the supervisor Michelle. The receptionist promised Michelle will call me back, 3 hours later nothing.

Wrong information captured, the entire bill has been paid from my savings yet my son got admitted from casualty and an authorisation was granted.

I don't know what else to do to get a hold of this company for my bill to be captured correctly.

Highly upset.
