Worse service

They have been calling me all week, when i anwer no one talks. I have no idea why i'm being called. I call back after checking their details on google - i'm told they'll put me through to accounts then i'm put on hold for 5 minutes then call drops

I then receive an sms with a reference number that i owe money, to where or for what, i do not know
