Worse medical assistance ever.
Worse medical assistance ever. All the hosiptals are using this medical company. They are charging us triple the price but you first need to be half dead before they help you.

25 Apr 2025, 12:00Well your team phoned me the day after the complaint while I was at our Gp, they said they will phone me back of which they still haven't done.
ST GEORGE'S HOSPITAL - ER Consulting has sent him home 1am in the morning saying it's just my(15 years old) son going through moods(puperity) and food poisoning / gastro.. (keep in mind no bloodtest nor scans was done to confirm the so called food poisoning / gastro).
The follow day I took my son to our Gp who referred my son to the pediatrician and he admitted him in hospital. MRI done and bloodtest was done and a proper diagnosis was made, he is still in hospital due to extreme low heart rate, etc..
HPCSA will need to intervene, this is unacceptable. I personally have had the same issue. This is enough, someone will need to own up to there negligence.
